We had a very enjoyable weekend break shared with out family. The grand-kids loved the pools and playing tennis. The room was comfortable and Beach Haven is very handy to all the places we wanted to visit.

Beach Haven
My family and I have stayed at Beach Haven 3 times in he last 2 years. The location is 100m in front of Kurrawa beach. The views from the B style units are nothing short of amazing - overlooking straight over the ocean and then at night enjoy the lights of Surfers Paradise to the left. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The resort offers 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, kids games rooms and BBQ facilities that are well maintained. The staff were very friendly and made you feel like you were at a "home away from home". Restaurants are just a 1 minute stroll down Albert Avenue (handy for families with kids) and Broadbeach has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere that you can't help but fall in love with it. I definitely recommend it to families looking for great water views at a value for money price.

Gorgeous one day, perfect the next
We stayed at Beach Haven in 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights with teenage son and daughter (14 and 16). The apartment was fabulous, plenty of space and views to die for. We had magnificent views of the ocean and the city in most directions.. the balcony wrapped around the room and we had a small balcony off the main bedroom. Main bedroom had ensuite with another bathroom for kids (hallelujah). The apartment was large enough to entertain visitors in comfort. it was close to everything...walk for meals, supermarket, Jupiters, Pacific Fair, beach and buses to theme parks. Staff were helpful without being over zealous which we loved. The kids loved the indoor pool, spa and sauna as it was a little chilly for beach swimming. All in all thoroughly recommend Beach Haven.

Position, Position, Position
This is our second stay at Beach Haven in the last 12 months. We stayed in a 2 bedroom refurbished apartment with ocean views. Very large apartment with 2 new bathrooms and new kitchen that has a large fridge! (Quite important when you have a family of 5). We had no issue with lifts, cleanliness, noise,etc. You are only one block away from the supermarket, restaurants, great coffee etc. The complex has 2 pools outside and 1 inside that has a spa and sauna. It also has a tennis court and bbq area. There is a fantastic park across the road and of course the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Apartments
Our family of 5 stayed for 10 nights in an apartment which was south facing and had a great view of the beach and down to Coolangatta. The apartment was absolutely lovely with a fabulous kitchen and 2 renovated bathrooms, and was spotlessly clean. Although we arrived prior to 2pm we were able to check in right away and when we left we were able to have a later check out. Staff were always very helpful and the couple of small things we mentioned to them were fixed right away. The pools were great and we used them a lot. The whole complex was very tidy. Location was brilliant, across the road to the beach and parks, a short walk to the supermarket and restaurants and close to bus stops.

Truly amazing apartment!
Stayed here for 5 nights and found this place exceptional!
We had a 2 bed apartment on level 26, which had exceptional views of Surfers Paradise.
The apartment had everything you needed to make all meals in house especially relax and take in the views whilst having a cold one!
If you do fancy heading out for a feed or a drink, Broadbeach is on your door step!
The complex has 3 pools that are most accommodating with more importantly the patrolled beach a 2 minute walk across the road.
I will definitely be returning in a couple of years time when I return to oz!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, close to the beach
This hotel is about 100m away from the beach! We got our room upgraded to a big suite for free, because a lady at the reception remembers me being there the year before... :) Lots of good restaurants and night life around hotel... There are 2 hotel pools, the one outside is very nice... Me and my girlfriend had the whole pool just for ourselves ;) The rooms are fantastic, everything looks brand new and modern. I would definitely recommend the room on the northern side of building, mainly because of view.

Great location, close to everything
We stayed here in a 2 bedroom apartment, and the rooms, kitchen facilities etc were great. The hotel is so central to Broadbeach and reasonably priced that I would definitely recommend it to families.

Great location with very good amenities
Our family of 4 stayed here for 10 days during summer holidays in a 2 bedroom ocean view room. The view from the northeast facing apartments is superb. The rooms are a little dated but plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Excellent pools 2 outside and 1 inside as well as 2 synthetic grass tennis courts that we enjoyed many times. A very short stroll to the beach or one of the many fine eateries makes the Beach Haven a fantastic resort to stay at for it's location. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment in fantastic location
Friendly helpful staff from the outset, both booking by phone then when arriving a few minutes before desk closed and during our stay. 21st floor ocean view apartment with fantastic views of Surfers and the beach which is located so close to resort. Apartment faultless from a cleanliness point of view and although now a slightly older complex there is nothing to complain about with all facilities provided. Although no free wireless internet, when queried this is planned to be installed. An alternative to the short term paid internet package available is that free wireless in available at nearby McDonald's for instance (as recommended by resort staff and subsequently used).
The resort complex is really fantastic as far as location goes, being minutes walk from Oasis shopping centre which included full supermarket. Heaps of restaurants, cafes, close by giving a great range of choice.. including the surf club over the road. Still a close walk to Pacific Fair Mall, Dracula's etc, and for driving easy access from main highways, with good undercover parking provided.
A great stay for ourselves and our 2 teenage sons at a realistic price.
