Beautiful Views, Excellent Stay!
Stayed here for the Easter break for 2 nights. Was a very last minute decision and booked about 3-4 days earlier prior to the weekend. We accounted for too many people originally and ended up booking for 5 people instead of 4 only. Which we had to pay extra per night per head... Tried to cancel it but was too much hassle to go through wotif.com again, I requested to have a higher view instead and got an awesome upgrade for the weekend! Ended up being upgraded to a sub penthouse suite - with views of both Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta on either side. We had a wrap around balcony and there was nothing obstructing the view of the ocean, no other buildings in front. Which indicates that the location of this hotel was indeed quite exclusive. Location of the hotel was brilliant, down the road from "love" club - for the ones keen to go out and is also a short walk to nice places to eat on Broadbeach. Rooms/beds were comfortable although it gave me an impression that the hotel has been quite an old building and that they have renovated. Nothing to really fuss about especially with the views that you wake up to in the mornings! Kitchen had all the things you need, dining and the lounge was great. Again, the view was just breath taking. Parking was easy even with visitors and no fuss at all. We also used the pool and the steam room, both were clean and great. Reception was nice, no fuss at all despite we sometimes had loud music playing. The only thing I will say is that if you have a hatchback, SUV or a high vehicle, the parking space in some areas you would have to watch out for due to the low clearance when you open the boot. I'm used to parking reverse rear end first but I've had to do the opposite because I could not open my boot without hitting the vents. Overall, we loved the stay! Definitely would be coming back again. All of us wished we had stayed longer...

Excellent stay!
Stayed in room 13C - views from a wrap balcony with full ocean also down to Surfers and also back looking over river. Very nice apartment, TV was huge in lounge. Great welcome pack of goodies on arrival. 3 swimming pools it was good having the children's pool separate from the other out door pool. Steam room was great. Staff very nice the cleaning ladies are a great bunch. So close to buses/shopping centre. The indoor pool would be great if you struck wet weather. Very easy check in and out. We were going to go to Movieworld only, but were informed by staff that there was a 3 deal park option for just about the price of 1 theme park so good advice there. We would stay here again as long as we got a full ocean view room with views.

Positives - The beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. The long balcony to view the ocean. The spacious rooms with very good kitchen and laundry facilities. Excellent location - easy, short stroll to restaurants, shops and beach.

Excellent
Stayed here from the 12th Jan 2013 until 20th Jan 2013. Apartments very clean and modern - rates excellent. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with Ocean Views. Found facilities great the only complaint was the terrible weather. Lucky for us this facility had an indoor pool and spa. Wonderful surprise was the welcome pack that greeted us on arrival, staff only too happy to assist with any request that we had. Walk across the road to the beach and shopping centre. Bus to Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre a 5 min walk away. Highly recommend these apartments and yes we would stay at Beach Haven Apartments again. Robyn Tony Sue and Joe.

Loved the location, the beautiful view, especially with fireworks on New Years Eve. Execellent service from Cheryl. Our unit was very comfortable and features were of a high standard. Would have no reservations in recommending Beach Haven to anyone wishing to stay at Broadbeach. Will be booking again next Xmas!

Wow!!!
We stayed in 20C for 10 nights. This is a fully renovated apartment with the money spent in all the right places. The clean light modern finishes of the apartment give it real wow factor and designer flair. The view of the ocean during the day is amazing and sitting on the lounge at night the view of Surfers Paradise was picture perfect. This apartment was a bit more expensive…but we really enjoyed it. I cannot report any problems at all. We would stay there again.

Highly Recommend
Had a fantastic 3 night stay here, wished we could have stayed longer. Had a corner 2 bedroom ocean view room which gave us a great view of the beach as well as down to Surfers and Broadbeach. Could not fault the room, fantastically comfortable, great balcony and really appreciated the welcome pack, so simple, yet really made our day. Perfect location, can't wait to return, will definitely stay again.

Beach Haven
We have stayed at Beach Haven and are going again soon as we find it really central in Broadbeach to everything and the apartments are great. It is only a hop step and a jump over to the beach, local cafes etc and even Pacific Fair if you feel like doing a bit of shopping. I have walked there but there are buses. It is handy to Surfers as well. Friendly staff and nothing is a bother. Make sure you get a room with a view as it is amazing, especially at night.

We stayed in a lovely refurbished 2 bedroom apartment - very modern and clean. Clean towels were given to us every day. Beautiful views of the ocean. Location was perfect, opposite the beach, a short walk to Broadbeach CBD and an abundance of restaurants and shopping.

Most amazing view ever!!!
Wow! Beach Haven is the best apartment block ever!!! My family stayed on floor 24 and our view was spectacular!!! We could see Surfers Paradise skyscrapers and the beautiful beach :) We could not believe our eyes when we arrived! Our room was upgraded in terms of furniture which was fantastic as it gave a modern feeling :) It's just a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to yummy restaurants!! Best stay ever!!! :)

Family Holiday
We stayed 6 nights in Apartment 6B with an Ocean view room. The apartments are clean, comfortable and have everything you need for a family of 4 holiday. Comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, great views, undercover parking, friendly staff, good clean pools and BBQ area and the kitchens are well stocked for cooking meals. Great access to beach across the road, supermarket 2 minutes walk at the Oasis Plaza and lots of lovely restaurants and food halls for family dining out. We will be back!

We were repeat travellers prior to our retirement when we had to travel to the Gold Coast on business and at the same time take the opportunity to have a holiday. We have previously stayed there at least seven or eight times going back twenty years or so. Since coming home we have recommended the facility to our friends and family. Location is the factor that suits us best.

Excellent Location
We stayed in apartment 26F which had been partially updated, modern furniture but kitchen, bathroom, and laundry still had an 80's feel. The apartments at Beach Haven are a good size, plenty of room for a family, and overall very serviceable. Each room had aircon. We were at the Gold Coast for the family theme park holiday and I chose Beach Haven based on price and location, which were both excellent - with all the shops you could want within a 5 minute walk, including Woolworths. You can't fault the position, lovely views and so convenient. The heated outdoor pool is nice (not the round one, which isn't heated), good size and temperature, and the indoor pool is good for a warm soak. We were there for 9 nights and visited the five main theme parks, with almost two days at Dreamworld, so didn't really spend much time at the Apartment, and only interacted with staff when I checked out. Room cleanliness was fine, the welcome pack with snacks and a few essentials was a nice touch. There was also a mid stay room service (I can't remember how many nights this applies to) and again this was good, nice fresh sheets, bathrooms cleaned and bathroom supplies replenished. It was nice to come home too after a long day theme parking. There is good underground parking and the theme parks were about 25 minutes away, and the drive was fine, no heavy traffic, and didn't have to go through Surfers. There is also a market once a month on the third Sunday, opposite near the beach, which was nice to wander around. We can recommend Mermaid Beach Surf Lifesaving Club (5 minutes south down the road). Overall Beach Haven provided an excellent base to holiday from and would happily go back again.

Simply cannot be beaten
I've not yet completed my stay and am already eager to have it known that this has to be simply the best accommodation I have ever encountered. The staff treat their roles as more than mere jobs, they obviously care about what they do. My husband, son and I are staying 5 nights in a renovated ocean view room on the fourth floor. I am rather picky and perhaps even a tad paranoid regarding cleanliness when it comes to accommodation. I wish my own home was this spotless and beautifully furnished! I will not even bother looking anywhere else next time I visit. Beach Haven is very hard to beat.

Perfect position, beachfront in Broadbeach
My family and I have come here for some time now and we all love it. We stayed in unit 13B (a fab renovated apartment) and the views of Kurruwa Beach and Surfers Paradise blew us away. The location of the building is amazing, a two minute walk down Albert Avenue and you're at the shops! I highly recommend Beach Haven to anyone who wants a fabulous stay at the Gold Coast.

Excellent Accommodation, A Great Family Stay!
This hotel was simply perfect for what we wanted as a family of 5. The location was perfect for our needs. Beach Haven is a very short walk to supermarkets, Casino, lots of eating places and coffee shops. We found management, Matt and Georgie, and their staff very helpful with anything we wanted or inquired about was attended to with a smile and easy to please attitude (Even with car rentals as we went in school holidays and didn't book a car until we arrived, spoke to 3 different rental places and all booked out, left my dilemma with Matt and presto, car for us within 24 hrs). The whole hotel complex was clean and well presented, to have a choice of 3 pools was terrific, so for us with the weather on the cooler side , the heated indoor pool and spa was the best . We had a 2 bedroom Superior Apartment with a roll out bed for the 3rd child, was simply the best. I requested a refurbished apartment with ocean and Surfers views, a nice big TV for Foxtel viewing and a large comfortable lounge suite to chill out on at night. Got the lot as promised - stunning views and the modern, clean and most comfortable apartment was the best. There is an undercover security car park that gave us peace of mind for the hire car as well at no extra cost to us. On the whole it was a pleasure to stay here and it was a pleasure to arrive and be happy with all the things that management promised us before hand when booking. Thanks again Beach Haven, we'll be back!

Great location, great rooms and great views
Stayed here on the 26th floor in an apartment that looked out over the ocean - the views were incredible to say the least. Great for families and just a two minute walk to the beach and shops so you have everything you need right on your doorstep. Tennis courts and swimming pools were both in good condition as well. Liked it so much we're staying there again on holidays in October.

Friendly staff, great rooms!
Beach Haven Resort is a nice hotel with friendly staff and great rooms. They have 3 pools (1 indoor, 2 outdoor), a games room, tennis courts, car parking, and air conditioned rooms.I stayed with my family in a lovely room (13B).There is everything you need all around the corner (restaurants,cafes,shopping centres and bars). It is so close to the beach less than a kilometre away. I would recommend Beach Haven Resort if you are staying on the Gold Coast .

Wonderful Apartment
We recently stayed 5 nights at Beach Haven in a lovely apartment. It was very clean and fresh. Lounge/dining area had beautiful leather sofas, dining chairs and marble like dining table. Nice decor. Kitchen was really well-equipped with lots of utensils and gadgets. Appliances were not too dated. The welcome pack provided was a pleasant surprise (lots of goodies). We had a 2-bed apartment and it was spacious. The views were fantastic (though not very high up - less wind) views to the North, South and towards the beach. Incredible views of Broadbeach precinct at night!! We found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Indoor pool/spa/sauna with 2 outdoor pools/spas, 2 tennis courts, BBQ areas. We'll be back for sure!

It is clean, spacious apartments with good views. The location is fantastic, across the street from a great park, the beach and a Surf Club. The Woolworths nearby, ATMs and shops/cafes are good too. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. And the pools are nice.
